"Jose Marin at State Farm is fantastic. He spent real time walking me through what the different policies cover, what they don't, what's genuinely useful, and what's really just an edge case. I appreciated the straightforward transparency, and he never made me feel like I was getting a sales pitch.
He was quick and thorough, and his follow through was tremendous. Nothing fell through the cracks. The Phillip Williams office in New Windsor is impressively well organized, and State Farm as a whole was easy to work with and gave me everything I needed to make a good decision for my home insurance. I was impressed by how professional the team was, and just as much by how friendly they were. I'd recommend Jose to anyone who wants honest guidance on their insurance."
